Stephanie Cherry

Stephanie Cherry is a nationally respected youth soccer administrator, league executive, and advocate for player development. With more than two decades of experience in youth soccer, she has worked alongside thousands of players, parents, coaches, clubs, and soccer organizations, helping families navigate the often-complex landscape of youth sports.

As the Executive Director of one of the premier girls' soccer leagues in the US, Stephanie has been instrumental in creating meaningful competitive opportunities and developmental pathways for players of all levels. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with club leaders, college coaches, state associations, and national organizations to help shape environments that prioritize player growth, character development, and long-term success.

Beyond her professional experience, Stephanie's greatest perspective comes from being a soccer parent herself. Having guided her own daughters through the youth soccer journey, she understands firsthand the excitement, uncertainty, challenges, and unforgettable moments that families experience along the way.

Through The Youth Soccer Roadmap, Stephanie combines her professional expertise and personal experiences to provide families with a practical, honest, and encouraging guide to navigating every stage of youth soccer—from a player's first touch on the ball to the college recruiting process and beyond.
